Printing & Materials
What material do you use for your figures?
We use a custom resin blend developed to provide an excellent balance of detail, durability, and flexibility while maintaining the high surface quality expected from collectible figures.
Are the figures hollow or solid?
Most figures are hollowed when appropriate. This helps reduce weight, material usage, and stress on larger parts while maintaining structural integrity.
Can transparent parts be printed in clear resin
Yes. Depending on the project, transparent parts can be printed using clear or tinted transparent resin.
Do figures require assembly?
Many larger figures are shipped in multiple parts for safer transportation. Assembly requirements vary depending on the model.
Can I choose a different scale?
In many cases, yes. Available scales depend on the model, level of detail, and technical limitations of the design.
Painting
Can I request custom colors or modifications?
Yes. We are happy to discuss alternative color schemes, display preferences, and certain modifications before production begins.
Can I approve the paint scheme before painting begins?
Yes. We can discuss references and desired colors before work starts to ensure we understand your expectations.
Will I receive progress photos during painting?
For many projects, yes. Progress updates may be provided depending on project complexity and production schedule.
Can painted figures be repaired if damaged later?
In many cases, yes. Contact us with photos of the damage and we will evaluate possible repair options.
Orders & Payment
When does production begin?
Production begins after payment has been received and all project details have been confirmed.
Can I change my order after payment?
Changes may be possible before production starts. Once printing, painting, or sculpting has begun, modifications may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Standard orders may be cancelled before production begins. Custom projects are reviewed individually depending on the work already completed.
Do you offer installment payments?
We do not offer installment payments directly. However, some payment providers such as PayPal may offer financing or installment options depending on your country.
Will I receive a final quote before production starts?
Yes. All custom projects receive a final quote and production does not begin until the project has been approved.
Shipping & Packaging
How are figures packaged?
All figures are carefully packaged using protective materials designed for collectible items and resin models. Fragile parts receive additional protection whenever necessary.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information is provided whenever available through the selected shipping service.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of both the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
Are import taxes and customs fees included in the price?
No. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom Orders
Can you create figures from anime, games, movies, or original characters?
Yes. We work with anime, gaming, fantasy, movie, and original character projects.
What references do you need for a custom project?
The more references you provide, the better. Character artwork, screenshots, official images, concept art, and scale preferences all help us evaluate the project.
How long does a custom order take?
Projects based on existing models are typically shipped within 7 business days if ordered unpainted. Hand-painted projects usually require approximately 2 additional weeks. Custom sculpting projects typically require an additional 2–3 weeks before production can begin. Actual production times depend on current workload and queue status.
Can I provide my own STL file?
Yes. If you already own a printable STL file, we can evaluate it and discuss printing options.
Can you modify an existing STL file?
Minor modifications may be possible depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a figure if I simply changed my mind?
Standard products may be returned within the legally applicable return period if they meet the return requirements described in our refund policy
Are custom-made figures eligible for returns?
No. Custom-made, personalized, hand-painted, and specially commissioned products are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal and return.
What if my figure arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately after receiving your order and provide photos of both the damage and the packaging so that we can evaluate the situation.
Who pays return shipping costs?
Unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
