Production time depends on the type of order.

Unpainted figures are typically produced and shipped within 3–10 business days.

Hand-painted figures usually require 2–6 weeks, depending on the size of the model, painting complexity and our current painting queue.

Custom orders may require additional time. If a suitable 3D model already exists, production generally follows the timelines above. If a new model must be sculpted from scratch, the sculpting process alone may take 2–4 weeks or longer, depending on complexity.

Yes. Every shipped order includes tracking information. Once your package has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

Every figure is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely, even after international transport.

To reduce the risk of damage, larger models are usually shipped in multiple parts. Each component is individually protected using bubble wrap, foam, padding materials and sturdy shipping boxes selected according to the size of the project.

Before packing, every figure undergoes a final inspection to verify that all parts are present and meet our quality standards.

While shipping damage is extremely rare, we understand that accidents can happen during transport. If your package arrives damaged, simply contact us with photos of the affected parts and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
