How much does a custom project cost?

If a suitable 3D model already exists, prices typically start at €80 for an unpainted resin figure and €200 for a fully hand-painted collectible.

If no suitable model exists, custom sculpting will be required. Custom sculpting projects typically start at €300 in addition to the production cost, depending on complexity and the amount of work involved.

Every project is unique, so a personalized quote will always be provided before any work begins.

How long does a custom project take?

For projects using an existing 3D model, unpainted figures are typically produced and shipped within 7 business days.

Hand-painted figures usually require an additional 2 weeks for painting.

Projects that require custom sculpting typically need an additional 2–3 weeks for sculpt creation before production can begin.

These estimates assume there is no active queue for sculpting, printing, or painting. Current production times will always be discussed before an order is placed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship internationally and carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.

How are custom figures packaged?

Every figure is carefully packaged using protective materials designed for collectible items and resin models.

Whenever possible, large or fragile figures are shipped in multiple parts to reduce the risk of damage during transport. All parts are individually protected and packed securely.

While resin collectibles are delicate by nature, we take packaging very seriously and ship custom projects worldwide with collector-safe packaging.

Can I request changes during the project?

Yes. Before production begins, we will discuss the project details, scale, and overall concept with you.

For custom sculpting projects, preview images of the sculpt are typically reviewed before production starts. This helps ensure that the final figure matches your expectations as closely as possible.
