How long does an order take?

Production time depends on the type of order.

Unpainted figures are typically produced and shipped within 3–10 business days.

Hand-painted figures usually require 2–8 weeks, depending on the size of the model, painting complexity and our current painting queue.

Custom orders may require additional time. If a suitable 3D model already exists, production generally follows the timelines above. If a new model must be sculpted from scratch, the sculpting process alone may take 2–10 weeks or longer, depending on complexity.

If you need your figure by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to provide an estimated completion date based on our current workload.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Germany with tracked and insured shipping options.

Can you create a completely custom figure?

Yes. If no suitable model exists, we can arrange a custom sculpt based on your references.

All figures are securely packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
